Simple steps for stronger teeth and gums

If you are observing a sign of tooth cavity, which develops when a process of tooth decays start already. A cavity is just a hole, which develop time to time. So, get repaired if you think that you are having the symptoms to avoid serious pain and treatments.

Germs and different type of bacteria which reside in human mouth cause tooth decay.

The function of bacteria is to produce acids and in result plaque clings to teeth and acids can remove the layer of enamel(external layer of the teeth).

When decay remove the enamel, then main body of tooth expose and cavity even penetrate deep inside the roots of tooth, which may damage sensitive nerve fibers.

Symptoms of Tooth Cavity

No such symptoms early on but after removal of enamel the person’s teeth become sensitive to observe high or low temp food, which cause pain and irritation.

Preventions

1.) Brush your teeth regularly.

Brushing your teeth is the basic thing to do on regular basis, which is very effective to keep your teeth clean and remove the food particle which remain in the sides of your teeth on which bacteria feed. So twice a day, every day. In the morning and before bedtime should be a must thing to do.

2.) Floss everyday

Flossing is very handy and helpful to keep your teeth clean, as your brush doesn’t reach certain places where floss can. You can even select your floss flavor.

3.) Wash your mouth after having meals

Be sure that after every meal, wash your mouth with water. Try not to eat anything before sleep and also avoid meals which contain high sugar.

4.) Make use of fluoride to prevent cavities.

Make sure that your toothpaste or mouthwash have a sufficient amount of fluoride in it, as fluoride protect and maintain the enamel from acid attack.

5.) Do not smoke.

Those who smoke should avoid it as tobacco is the main source of gum disease and tooth decay.

6.) Do visit your dentist on a regular basis.

Visit your dentist regularly for routine check up, so you can be aware of any problems, or any tooth cavity arising and your dentist can treat your disease before it gets worse.
